The refrigerator was installed in May, 2024 in a summer home and it now time to power it off for the winter. I look inside the fridge for the Power Off button and there is none. I call customer support and they say there is no Power Off button. You have to unplug it or shut the circuit breaker. How crazy is this???? They built it without a way to power it off. I have owned many refrigerators, but this is the first one like this, How cheap can they get? This is probably not a big deal to the younger generation but older folks have difficulty pulling the fridge all the way out to get to the plug. Mine is not budging. I asked CS how do I unlock the wheels so she sent me the manual and there is no mention of how to unlock the wheels. Something that should be so simple is now a ridiculous project.

We have a smaller space to put our fridge (under 69 inches for height) and really wanted to get away from our freezer on top model - there™™s very limited options for French door models below this height, and this model was exactly what we needed. Has been wonderful so far, and certainly looks great in our kitchen!

Fridge is good so far. Spacious inside for how compact it is. My only real complaint is that if you don™™t close the left door first, the plastic flap may not be folded in all the way and it will make a loud bang when you try to close it.

I love it! The full width shelves are more useful than the side-by-side shelves in my previous appliance. The drawer system in the freezer section is great. One section will hold a frozen pizza box; one section holds smaller items like a pint of ice cream; and the bottom section is suitable for so much more. While this fridge doesn't have water in the door or inside, it does have an ice maker.

I have been asked to review an order I have not received. I ordered directly from the Frigidaire website, which I DO NOT recommend. It said the expected date was Dec 5th and it's Dec 30th and it is still not here. After calling they said it was lost and was sent to the wrong delivery facility. I suggest you use a local appliance store instead of ordering from here™"horrible service.

I have had Frigidaire appliances in the past. I like my new appliances very much. The stove is beautiful and the iron grid is set up above the burners and makes for better cook top. Also like the easy close drawer. Well made. The refrigerator is so convenient. I am a short person and everything is easy to retrieve. Plenty of room and storage. The ice maker is an added bonus. The dishwasher is very nice also the hidden buttons are a plus. The fact the inside is a dark color is great. All are beautiful, well made, and give the kitchen a n upgraded expensive look at a decent price. All beautiful. Glad I purchased them.

I opted for a counter depth because I hate the frige sticking out from row of cabinets. This refrigerator still sticks out but not nearly like full sized. It is perfect size for single older person with easy to access doors. Looks super nice, love the automatic lights inside. Wish there was a freezer ligjt on bottom. Otherwise, excellent purchase.

I'm overall pretty happy with our new refrigerator but I do have one complaint. There is NO light in the freezer on the bottom....? I have never seen one without it so it never occurred to me to check this before purchasing. Not happy about that.

No light in the freezer. Multiple useless drawers in the freezer that limit how and what you store. Frige bins nearly impossible to install unless you're 6 feet tall (I'm not even 5). That being said, it does work. Had you asked a housewife what she wanted, you would have designed a more functional appliance.

Overall, the counter depth French door refrigerator is great, the motor runs quiet except I'm unable to remove the crisper drawers to clean the back bottom of the fridge. I called Frigidaire directly to ask customer service how to do it. The woman on the phone had no idea how to help me. I don't remember getting any "how to" pamphlet." Seems silly that I would need instructions on something so simple! My husband also tried. We gave up before we broke the drawers. The plastic drawers are thin & fragile, not like the older models but not a huge concern because we don't have little ones or teens. With the holidays, I haven't tried any further to find out how to remove the interior to thoroughly clean it. I plan to go back to Home Depot where it was purchased to see if the sales people can help or get another customer service person who can help.
